Directions to Orkestai Farm Within the Planting Fields Arboretum

(NOTE: This video has been sped up. Please go slow! The speed limit within Plant Fields Arboretum is 10-15mph.)

Please study this map.

As you enter the Planting Fields you will pass through a gate and an entrance booth. If someone is there, tell them you are going to Orkestai Farm and state your reason.

Drive a few hundred yards. You will come to a fork and see a sign that points left and says “Visitor Parking.” Do not park there. Stay to the right and go past the orange cones.

You will see another sign. It says “Farm” with an arrow. Follow that arrow. It is one of 5 similar signs you will pass. Keep following the arrows either left or straight. Pictures of all five signs in sequential order are below.

The sign below doesn’t say “Farm.” But keep going straight where this minivan is going.

A hundred yards or so after this 5th sign, you’ll come to the fork in the picture below.

Go right at the fork, off the paved road and onto a pebble road. Stay to your left and go up the hill. On your right you will pass a large gravel parking lot. Park at the end of the gravel lot.

Just a little ways after the lot, you’ll find the Welcome to Orkestai Farm sign. Congratulations! You’ve made it to the the farm.

Make a left (east) at the sign and chances are you’ll see of one of us.
